Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in the analysis and design of residential, commercial, and hospital buildings. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in structural design, demonstrating expertise in both RCC and structural steel frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent structural design and analysis for various building types including residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
- Create and prepare detailed structural drawings and design calculations/reports.
- Lead tender design preparations and carry out quantity estimations for construction projects.
- Coordinate effectively across different disciplines to ensure project integration and quality standards.
- Review Building Information Models (BIM) to verify accuracy and compliance with design standards.
- Utilize advanced structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD proficiently.
- Maintain strong engagement with site construction activities to align designs with practical implementation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Deep understanding of the latest Indian Standards (IS Codes) relevant to structural design and detailing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple design aspects simultaneously.
