- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, risk assessments, permits to work, and safe operational practices.
- Support facility inspections, audits, and formal approvals by authorities.
- Prepare and review frequent operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering PPM progress, breakdowns, incidents, and system performance, highlighting the reliability of critical processing equipment.
- Immediately escalate critical failures or operational risks to the Facilities Senior Manager.
- Maintain detailed records of assets, maintenance activities, technical documentation, and inventories of spare parts and consumables for essential systems.
- Process purchase requisitions with technical justifications for consumables and spare parts via the ERP system.

- Provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing support during events, emergencies, and special operations.
- Coordinate office renovations, employee relocations, and related technical arrangements.
- Manage facility management helpdesk or CAFM system requests to guarantee timely resolution.
- Supervise MEP works connected to new projects, refurbishments, and upgrades, ensuring integration with critical processing equipment requirements.
- Identify and propose ways to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and asset lifecycle, especially for operationally critical machinery.
- Offer technical guidance and mentoring to operators on proper use of critical systems to minimize errors and improve operational effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
