Enforcement Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking committed and professional individuals for the position of Enforcement Officer in Port Talbot, Wales. This role involves engaging with the public outdoors to uphold vehicle regulations, contribute positively to the community, and ensure road safety and compliance.

Key Duties

• Communicate with the public concerning vehicle clamping and monetary penalties.
• Provide guidance on payment options and enforcement policies.
• Collaborate with organizations including the Police, DVLA, and VOSA.
• Handle public queries and disseminate appropriate information.
• Maintain safety and functionality of enforcement tools and vehicles.
• Prepare daily reports detailing activities and enforcement actions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid full UK driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent abilities in communication and customer service.
• Show self-drive and capability to operate independently.
• Exude professionalism, reliability, and confidence when interacting with the public.
• Display adaptability with willingness to work various shifts.
• Previous related experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
