About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant at our Raymond Terrace, NSW location to support individuals with disabilities in finding life-changing employment opportunities through our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and match suitable employment opportunities for participants with disabilities, assisting them to prepare for and sustain meaningful jobs.
- Empower participants by highlighting their strengths, helping overcome barriers, and building confidence in their employment journey.
- Develop creative solutions to address employment challenges, ensuring tailored support for every participant.
- Proactively advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate every employment success, appreciating milestones big and small alongside participants.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion.

Additional Requirements
- Eligibility to work legally in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and fully insured vehicle.
- Possession of a MyGovID at Standard level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
