Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Product Design Engineer eager to influence the development of next-generation high-performance technologies. Joining our innovative R&D team, you will engage in collaborative engineering efforts that encompass the full product life cycle — from ideation and design to prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new electronic products from initial concept through verification and full qualification.
• Create and deploy test protocols, methodologies, and specifications tailored to product requirements.
• Stay abreast of evolving market demands and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product and process development.
• Engage closely with engineering peers, technicians, project managers, production teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless project progression and problem-solving.
• Address and resolve customer and engineering challenges effectively.
• Contribute to organizational project efforts, promoting collaborative teamwork.
• Identify areas for continual improvement and lead initiatives to implement innovative engineering solutions and technology adoptions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering is mandatory.
• Advanced qualifications such as a Master’s or PhD in Engineering or Science are beneficial.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a design capacity within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Strong foundational engineering expertise with hands-on involvement in product realization.
• Skilled in circuit modelling and simulation techniques.
• Experienced in designing both analogue and digital circuits.
• Excellent communication capabilities paired with a logical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with RF design would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of thermal and structural simulation techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) engineering methods.
