E-Commerce Manager

Overview

Shyama Gems seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and expand its online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of relevant experience and be capable of managing multiple e-commerce sites and social media platforms to boost visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of e-commerce stores including Etsy, Alibaba, and others.
• Create and enhance product listings, focusing on SEO, keywords, and attractive imagery.
• Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to engage audiences and promote products.
• Handle customer interactions including inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communications.
• Produce social media content including posts and promotional reels to support marketing efforts.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increasing online presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in e-commerce business management.
• Familiarity with platforms like Etsy and Alibaba along with SEO and social media management expertise.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Basic competency with Canva or similar graphic design tools.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from 11000 to 15000 INR.
