E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Happy Square Outsourcing Services Limited is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive to join their team located in Saroli, Surat, Gujarat. This full-time role offers a compensation package of up to ₹27,000 CTC per month and is suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order processing, from receipt through dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, warehouses, courier services, and various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate tracking and management of inventory levels to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports relating to orders, stock, returns, and dispatch processes.
• Keep a vigilant eye on pending shipments, return statuses, and customer-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide support for marketplace activities and promotional campaigns to boost sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in e-commerce operational functions.
• Strong capabilities in order and inventory management systems.
• Experience handling marketplace operations including vendor and logistical coordination.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and preparing MIS reports.
• Excellent communication skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule and Environment

The selected candidate will work from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. The job location is onsite in Surat.
