Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible driver to operate the Super Carry tempo for both local and outstation deliveries. This role requires safe driving practices, timely pickups and drop-offs, and coordination with logistics teams and customers to achieve smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Super Carry tempo safely and efficiently across local and outstation routes.
• Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring careful handling of materials, equipment, and documents.
• Manage delivery tasks assigned via the Porter platform and communicate with customers for scheduling pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain detailed records including trips, delivery logs, fuel expenses, and vehicle documentation.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Keep the tempo clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support basic logistics and warehouse operations as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with office personnel and customers for seamless delivery workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
• At least one year of driving experience with Super Carry, mini trucks, or commercial vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Surat and South Gujarat road networks.
• Comfortable using smartphones for navigation, communication, and the Porter app.
• Basic skills in vehicle upkeep and minor troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
