Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer/Engineer specializing in .NET technologies to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will engage in developing scalable and reusable services, integrating multiple products, and contributing to cloud-based solutions within an Agile Scrum environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Design and implement solutions utilizing Microservices Architecture for at least three years.
• Write SQL scripts and design database schemas to support application requirements.
• Integrate multiple software products ensuring seamless communication.
• Work with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Apply Data Structures, SOLID principles, exception handling, and design patterns effectively.
• Utilize Azure services including SignalR, Container Apps, API Management, Gateways, Static Web Apps, Functions, Storage Accounts, and Service Bus.
• Create reusable .NET libraries and containerize services using Docker technology.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows.
• Collaborate actively within Agile Scrum teams.
• Use front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript with proficiency in standard libraries and CSS frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing REST APIs with ASP.NET Core.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Strong skills in SQL scripting and database data modeling.
• Experience integrating multiple applications and products.
• Familiarity with event stream processing systems like Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID and common design patterns.
• Good experience with Azure cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge in building automated CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub workflows.
• Experience and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Competent with front-end scripting and styling technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks.
