About the Role

Cracker Barrel is looking for a Dishwasher to support the kitchen and help keep daily service running smoothly at the Bessemer, Alabama location. This role is an important part of the back-of-house team, ensuring dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned, organized, and ready for use so the team can deliver a great dining experience.

The company emphasizes teamwork, pride in doing the job well, and attention to detail. Prior restaurant experience is not required, as training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Keep pots, pans, forks, plates, and other kitchen items clean and ready for use.
• Help maintain an efficient kitchen flow by staying organized and working with purpose.
• Support the team by handling multiple tasks and contributing to a cooperative work environment.
• Perform behind-the-scenes duties that help every meal service run on time.
