Role Overview

This globally-based leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and President, is responsible for driving DEC's extensive growth initiatives involving memberships, education, and advisory services. The Director will oversee and build a diverse team of partnership experts operating across multiple markets.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of growth professionals serving various services and regions.
• Personally manage a portfolio of key institutional and corporate partnerships, ensuring successful closures.
• Develop and maintain growth processes including forecasting, review cycles, and market/service assignment.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders to understand needs and co-create tailored advisory solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership to define commercial and go-to-market strategies for memberships and advisory services.
• Implement CRM standards and data-driven insights to improve focus and forecast precision.
• Gather and analyze market feedback from team interactions to influence product, pricing, and positioning decisions.
• Work closely with the CEO and President to align growth strategies and team organization globally.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading partnership or growth teams with direct accountability for revenue targets across multiple services or markets.
• Strong background in higher education or B2B/B2I sectors.
• Credible and adept at engaging senior academic and business leaders with integrity and realistic commitments.
• Skilled in designing consultative advisory engagements.
• Experienced in structuring and expanding a growth and partnership operation from an early stage.
• Highly organized, disciplined with CRM use, and proficient with AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Passionate about education's role in societal adaptation to AI, with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
• Based in the United States with willingness and ability to travel frequently for professional engagements globally.
