Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dedicated diploma holders eager to embark on a career in manufacturing operations. Selected individuals will gain hands-on experience working on the shop floor across various process areas including production, quality control, and maintenance under supervisory guidance. The role requires working in shifts to ensure smooth and safe plant functioning.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with process monitoring, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized following 5S methodologies.
• Support basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities under supervision.
• Engage in training programs to understand production processes and systems comprehensively.
• Promptly report any equipment abnormalities, operational issues, or safety hazards observed.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate daily production tasks and shift transitions.

Experience & Skills

• Adaptability to work rotational shifts and comply with plant regulations.
• Physically fit to operate in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
