Based in Mount Waverley, Victoria, Dotsquares offers an engaging paid internship for three months with the possibility of extension depending on performance and fit. This opportunity requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours weekly at our Melbourne office. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily digital marketing operations for Dotsquares and various client projects.
• Coordinate and oversee digital marketing initiatives from inception through to execution.
• Contribute innovative ideas and develop content tailored for social media platforms, supporting both company and client presence.
• Participate in client meetings, providing updates and aiding in communication management.
• Create engaging visual assets and short videos using design tools like Canva along with video editing software.
• Engage in analytics, preparing reports, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Confidence and comfortability on camera, capable of producing video and photographic content.
• Proficient knowledge of Canva and basic skills in video editing tools.
• Experience handling social media accounts—whether personal, brand, or client pages.
• Additional familiarity with AI applications relevant to digital marketing is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and keen to learn and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
