Role Overview
The Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation is seeking a Development Manager to enhance community engagement and support the organization's financial and strategic growth objectives. This pivotal role focuses on fostering donor relationships and managing fundraising programs to ensure sustained success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead various development projects including special fundraising appeals and legacy contribution programs.
- Manage donor cultivation efforts and major gift solicitation to expand the foundation's support base.
- Secure sponsorships for foundation events, contributing to overall fundraising targets.
- Oversee the planning and execution of donation drives targeting donors and patients.
- Coordinate employee giving programs to encourage internal philanthropy.
