Responsibilities

• Assist with smooth daily business operations ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor.
• Adhere to and enforce all food safety regulations and policies.
• Prepare food items in accordance with company guidelines.
• Follow the Bakewell manual training protocols diligently.
• Manage stock levels and controls efficiently.
• Create a memorable food experience for customers through excellent service and quality.
• Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly business targets.
• Availability to work on weekends is essential.
