Role Responsibilities

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of recommendation systems specific to content domains, harnessing business insights to drive AI product enhancements and improve both content experience and key business results.
• Lead the creation of essential content recommendation modules employing data-driven methods to maximize content worth and user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, business stakeholders, and product managers to identify opportunities and requirements within content environments and jointly establish performance indicators for success.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Master's or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics with a minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience; experience in content-related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong practical proficiency with established machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Extensive background in developing large-scale applications, preferably for content-driven user-facing platforms.
• Excellent ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including working effectively with global content teams.
• Publication record in recognized top-tier journals or conferences is considered beneficial.
