About the Role
EFOR, a leading Life Sciences consultancy in Europe, is expanding its German team based in the Rhein-Main region, Germany. We seek a Data Scientist passionate about leveraging data analytics to enhance process monitoring and decision-making within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This full-time position requires on-site presence and the project language is English, with German considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine manufacturing and quality datasets to detect trends, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in statistical assessments aimed at process monitoring and verification.
- Create dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support operational insights.
- Participate in initiatives for process optimization based on data-driven evidence.
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Validation teams.
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
- Convert complex data analyses into understandable and actionable business insights.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience in data analytics within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and interpreting data.
- Familiarity with process monitoring and handling manufacturing or quality data is advantageous.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or R is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Language Requirements
- Fluent professional English required.
- German language skills are beneficial.
