Develop innovative solutions in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
Analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and create prototypes to validate approaches.
Advise various departments on implementing data-driven solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to generate ideas for enhancing BI and Data Science systems.

Foundational qualifications: Completed vocational training, university degree, or equivalent professional experience coupled with strong skills in mathematics, statistics, and IT. A creative mindset and passion for working with data are essential.
Additional skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; practical experience with Python is advantageous. Good communication skills in both German and English are necessary.
Personal traits: Enjoys collaborative teamwork, eager to acquire new skills, and demonstrates a client-focused, creative, and analytical approach to work.
