- Manage the complete lifecycle of models—from development and deployment to monitoring and optimization—while upholding strong governance and risk management standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Risk, Operations, and Technology to identify improvement opportunities, set priorities, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
- Clearly communicate complex technical findings and actionable insights to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with model development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring especially in cloud platforms, with AWS expertise well regarded.
- Strong track record of partnering with business units to transform complex challenges into analytical solutions and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
- Sound knowledge of model governance, risk management, and responsible data practices within regulated industries.
- Adept at managing strategic priorities amid evolving business environments.

- Opportunities for career growth and internal advancement.
- On-the-job training and in-house professional development programs.
- A positive workplace environment with well-appointed office facilities including complimentary coffee and fresh fruit.
- Annual Wellness Day dedicated to employee wellbeing.
- Flexible work arrangements following probation.
- Access to an Employee Benefits Portal offering discounts, wellness tools, and perks.
