Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous consultant to assist with a major contract repository and data validation project within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The key focus is on reviewing and verifying contract records, ensuring data accuracy, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting the cleanup of the contract repository. This position involves handling large volumes of contract-related data and collaborating with contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate contract entries within the CLM platform.
• Confirm accuracy of contract metadata and essential contract attributes.
• Conduct data cleanup and quality assurance on contract information.
• Reconcile contract data between various systems and repositories.
• Assist in administration and organization of the contract repository.
• Examine executed agreements to verify data correctness.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in contract records.
• Maintain proper documentation and contribute to governance and compliance efforts.
• Work autonomously to manage high-volume review and validation tasks.

Experience and Skills Required

• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms.
• Experience managing contract repositories, document management, or records management.
• Proficiency in data validation, cleanup, quality assurance, or reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and numerous records.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
