Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, process, and interpret large volumes of data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators for various departments.
• Detect trends, patterns, and potential areas for optimization based on data analyses.
• Prepare insightful evaluations, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business units to enhance data quality and availability.
• Assist in building and advancing modern analytics and reporting systems.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses and manage data projects throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• Document analysis outcomes and effectively present insights to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or a similar qualification.
• Some professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis is advantageous.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in analyzing and preparing data.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of Python and common data analysis libraries is a plus.
• Knowledge of data models, data warehouses, and data flow concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with methodical and solution-focused working style.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and committed to quality.
• Good command of German and English to enable international collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range offered is between €60,000 and €70,000 annually.
