Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customs Broker responsible for coordinating and managing customs clearance for both incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires ensuring adherence to customs laws and regulations, as well as interacting effectively with clients, freight carriers, and governmental agencies as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a customs broker or in a related freight industry role
• Proficiency with customs brokerage software and relevant technologies
• Solid knowledge of customs legislation and expertise in preparing customs clearance documentation; further internal and online training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable teamwork and client engagement
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain composure and meet deadlines under pressure
