Job Overview

Smart Lion is recruiting Associates for a role in an international voice process focused on communicating with healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies in the US. The main task is to retrieve and verify medical records with timely follow-ups and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance firms to obtain medical records.
• Perform outbound calls and follow up on any pending documentation requests.
• Accurately document and update all information in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate internally to guarantee requests are completed promptly.
• Achieve daily targets related to productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to company process guidelines.

Candidate Eligibility

• Graduate or undergraduate degree holders.
• Preferred 1 to 2 years experience in international voice processes or medical record retrieval.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are also welcome.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Competent computer skills including typing speed.
• Willingness to work in US shift hours.
