About the Role
Badho Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their team at Gurgaon, Sector 20, Udyog Vihar Phase 3. This role offers an in-hand monthly salary ranging from ₹18,500 to ₹24,000, adjusted according to experience and interview performance. Both freshers and professionals with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide precise information and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements and Eligibility
