Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at APSG Group located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers by warmly welcoming them and assessing the best approach to address their needs. Your role involves responding promptly to customer inquiries, tracking and managing customer requests across various platforms, and ensuring that any complaints are handled effectively through to resolution.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records by updating customer information in authorized systems, collecting relevant data, and escalating repeated issues or significant observations to the appropriate departments while keeping customers informed. Adherence to established key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements is essential to this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
- Demonstrated aptitude in resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Competency with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and organize time efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or working in call centers is advantageous.
