What you will do

  • Use standard processes to share order updates, invoice details, contract balance information, and other data needed for customer-facing teams to complete orders.

  • Work through low-complexity issues in order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment by following established procedures.
  • Assist in preparing order-related documents while applying knowledge of local laws, required documentation, and basic awareness of local regulations and the languages used by customers in their business operations.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about order progress and any issues that arise.
  • Spot possible bottlenecks in the internal order management flow and partner with other teams to support corrective action using basic analytical thinking.
  • Address simple issues under close supervision and escalate more complex matters to the right team members.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
