Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will provide direct support to our restaurant partners by simplifying their operational processes. Your role is critical to ensuring a smooth and excellent customer journey, handling incoming calls, processing customer orders, and efficiently using internal systems to communicate orders to our partners. You'll work to exceed performance goals in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, onsite role requiring 40 hours per week. The shifts are scheduled in the evenings and nights (2nd and 3rd shifts), each lasting 8 hours, between 4 PM and 7 AM.

Candidate Profile

• Positive attitude and views every customer interaction as a new opportunity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience collaborating effectively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Ability to remain calm and composed when handling high-pressure situations
