Job description
Overview
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Partner to be an integral part of the centralized Customer Service team located at our Head Office in Tomago, New South Wales. This role is vital in creating and maintaining customer service reports while managing daily communications that support key sectors such as mining, utilities, and heavy industries.
Role Responsibilities
This position demands a proactive and versatile team member who can handle various challenges daily. The ideal candidate must show a strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be adept at consulting and influencing clients through data analysis and direct interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed qualifications in Business Administration or similar fields.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order management systems, specifically Syteline preferred.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain comprehensive business-wide reporting.
- Experience working in manufacturing, electrical, technical, or product-focused environments.
- Strong capability to analyze customer order matters and follow through proactively to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Competence in multitasking and effectively prioritizing continuous workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiencies.
- Intermediate expertise using Microsoft Office applications.
