Role Overview
This part-time remote position as a Customer Care Representative involves providing support to clients who interact with Career Coach by Talent Nexus Bridge. The role requires handling client inquiries through email, chat, and phone channels while ensuring responses are timely, precise, and empathetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve client service issues promptly.
- Guide clients about the programs and resources available through the service.
- Keep detailed records of client communications and follow-ups using support systems.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Identify common concerns and collaborate with the coaching team to improve the client experience.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the organization's core values in every interaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on building trust and rapport.
- Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through empathetic listening and solution-focused responses.
- Effective oral and written communication skills suited to remote engagement.
- Analytical capability to interpret feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Familiarity with remote working tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail for documenting client interactions.
- Previous experience in customer care, coaching support, or similar roles is advantageous.
