Overview
Airvincible is looking to hire Customer Care Executives to join their telecalling team for a customer support process focused on Airtel DTH, Beetel Broadband, and MNP (UP). Candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, answering queries, and offering professional assistance.
Job Location
3rd Floor, Mangal City, Vijay Nagar, Adjacent to NRK Business Park, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Role Details
This full-time position involves call-based customer support. The department assignment (Airtel DTH, Beetel Broadband, or MNP UP) will be determined during the interview process based on the candidate's fit and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass or higher
- Age 18 years or older
- Proficient English communication skills
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants
