Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels. You'll be responsible for bringing campaign strategies to fruition by building, testing, and optimizing outreach within one or two business verticals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Design, and Commercial teams and reports to the Senior CRM Manager.
- Develop, schedule, and deploy lifecycle email and SMS campaigns ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Configure customer journeys, segment audiences, and create messaging templates using the Braze customer engagement platform
- Manage campaign timelines and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders
- Conduct thorough end-to-end quality assurance to verify content, links, segmentation, and rendering before launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft and adapt campaign copy and build visual assets aligned with brand standards
- Maintain creative consistency and high standards across all campaign materials
- Assist the CRM Manager in implementing lifecycle marketing strategies for assigned verticals
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance lifetime customer value and increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Help develop and execute a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Extract and analyze campaign performance data from customer engagement platforms and Tableau, reporting insights against KPIs
- Communicate test outcomes and performance trends regularly to the team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing within direct-to-consumer or comparison business environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with proven ability to meet deadlines reliably
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams
- Proficiency with data handling and eagerness to quickly learn new marketing tools
- Desirable: practical experience using Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
