Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercialization Manager to oversee the creative product launch process. This pivotal role bridges Product, Creative, Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Commercialization teams to ensure all artwork and creative production are completed accurately, timely, and aligned with launch schedules. The manager will be responsible for organizing the high-volume creative work pipeline, managing artwork timelines, proofing, approvals, prioritization, and final asset readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creative product launch portfolio including new products, retailer programs, packaging updates, bundles, and displays.
- Manage artwork schedules, routing, proofing, approval tracking, and ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
- Act as the central coordinator between cross-functional teams providing clear visibility of project statuses, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
- Lead cross-team launch meetings to align partners, address challenges, manage conflicting priorities, and define next steps.
- Coordinate proofing workflows by consolidating feedback, tracking approvals, and managing changes to deliver finalized artwork to relevant teams punctually.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, capacity issues, process gaps, and risks within creative workflows, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine creative launch processes, tools, timelines, and rhythm as the volume of launches expands.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years experience in project management, creative operations, commercialization, packaging, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage creative, artwork, packaging, or launch workflows efficiently in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with capability to handle multiple timelines, stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of creative routing, proofing, feedback consolidation, approval processes, and asset finalization.
- Experienced working collaboratively with Creative, Product, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercialization departments.
- Experienced at creating structured approaches within ambiguous contexts, detecting process inefficiencies, and driving clear action plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present project progress, risks, blockers, and decisions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with firm accountability management and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with project management and proofing software such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Ziflow, Notion, or comparable platforms preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Interest in consumer products, health & wellness, personal care, and high-growth brands.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Marina Del Rey, CA, requiring on-site presence three days per week. The salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and local market norms.
