Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager based in Coimbatore to foster and maintain strong partnerships with corporate entities. The role involves identifying potential employers, internship opportunities, and industry collaborators to support students and program goals. Daily tasks include engaging with corporate clients, understanding their workforce and training needs, organizing campus recruitment drives, and aligning institutional offerings with market demands. Collaboration with academic and training teams to develop industry-relevant initiatives, managing communications with corporate partners, and monitoring partnership outcomes and placement success are key responsibilities. Regular reporting on engagement metrics, student opportunities, and partnership growth is expected.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in managing corporate relationships and expanding business partnerships effectively.
- Strong communication abilities, including presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Basic understanding of finance and sales to facilitate partnership proposals, pricing negotiations, and revenue-related activities.
- Experience in corporate outreach, recruitment coordination, or business development within educational or training sectors is advantageous.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related disciplines; postgraduate degrees are a plus.
- Capable of thriving in a hybrid work setup while juggling various tasks and collaborating with diverse internal and external parties.
- Familiar with technology or training sectors and aware of prevailing industry hiring trends.
Work Location
This position is based in Coimbatore and requires working from the office.
