About the Role

As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our team by collaborating closely with hiring managers across the organization. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing offer acceptances—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every applicant. Key Responsibilities

  • Proficient in collaborating with hiring managers to determine needs and guide interview and selection processes effectively.

  • Competent in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment data analytics to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Keen interest in leveraging new recruiting tools and AI to improve recruitment efficiency.
