Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Management expert responsible for managing the critical phase where project entitlements are secured or lost, aiming to prevent disputes from arising.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage contracts based on FIDIC guidelines within construction or infrastructure projects for at least eight years in the GCC region.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of contract administration tasks including handling variations, issuing notices, managing correspondence, and preparing claims documentation.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing subcontracts, correspondence letters, and submissions related to extensions of time and claims.
• Possess a solid understanding of construction contract practices and dispute prevention methods applicable in GCC markets.
• Engage confidently with commercial and legal teams of clients to manage contract matters effectively.
• Hold a degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Law; professional memberships such as MRICS or MICCP are desirable.
