About the Role

We are seeking a keen and imaginative writer to maintain a steady flow of content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email newsletters. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone passionate about writing and adept at adapting distinct voices for varied audiences, aiming to rapidly grow their professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to transform raw ideas and input into refined content.
• Convert unstructured materials such as calls, voice notes, and transcripts into engaging, platform-appropriate copy for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email communications.
• Maintain unique and consistent brand voices tailored to different platforms and individuals.
• Ensure a consistent flow and schedule of published content.
• Manage content publishing and scheduling with provided tools, with training available as needed.
• Break down long-form content into multiple concise pieces.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of writing experience, including social content, copywriting, journalism, or blogging.
• A strong creative flair capable of transforming rough ideas into compelling content.
• Excellent sensitivity to tone, with the ability to sustain diverse voices distinctly.
• Comfortable working independently with incomplete or unorganized source material.
• Dependable and capable of meeting deadlines consistently within a regular publishing schedule.
• Active user of social platforms, familiar with what resonates online.
• Superior English writing, grammar, and editing skills.

Additional Preferences

• Experience with newsletter platforms or social media scheduling tools is advantageous.
