Role overview
We are seeking a Content Marketer for a fast-growing fintech environment based in Saudi Arabia. This position is part of a remote-first team and is centered on combining content strategy, storytelling, and demand generation to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
The role requires crafting and sharing content that makes complex payments and fintech topics easy to understand, while contributing to product launches and broader go-to-market initiatives. Success in this position depends on strong ownership, creativity, speed, and the ability to work independently in a high-autonomy setting.
Key responsibilities
- Help own the content calendar and make sure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with marketing priorities and business objectives.
- Research, draft, and publish content in a variety of formats such as blog posts, guides, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and campaign assets.
- Turn technical fintech and payments ideas into clear, engaging stories that resonate with the intended audience.
- Build and execute go-to-market content plans with the demand generation team to support launches and campaigns.
- Adapt and distribute content through channels like LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms to extend reach and improve impact.
- Review content results using performance data and audience insights, then use those learnings to refine messaging and strategy.
- Test new formats, angles, and distribution methods to keep improving content effectiveness.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to speed up content production, improve quality, and scale output.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing within fast-moving B2B or B2C technology environments.
- Strong editorial ability with the skill to simplify and humanize complex technical or financial subject matter.
- A track record of taking content from concept through to publication with strong ownership and limited oversight.
- Good understanding of how content supports audience growth, demand generation, and overall business performance.
- Hands-on experience using performance data, experimentation, and audience insights to improve content strategy.
- Comfort working in agile, high-performing teams with changing priorities and broad responsibilities.
- Genuine interest in AI tools and practical experience using them for content creation and marketing automation.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different formats and channels.
- Nice-to-have experience in fintech, payments, or technical B2B sectors.
- Nice-to-have experience editing video or audio content.
