Content Manager

Overview

Estative is seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Director to lead and curate engaging social media content featuring influencers, models, brokers, and presenters. This role involves transforming creative ideas into compelling stories through scriptwriting, directing performances, and managing production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original scripts, hooks, and storyboards to craft impactful narratives.
• Guide content creation from conceptualization to scripting, filming, and final storytelling.
• Direct and manage the performance of influencers, models, and talent during shoots.
• Provide on-camera demonstrations and actively participate in content creation.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in storytelling and creative content development.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video formats.
• Background in collaborating with influencers, content creators, media, advertising, or production teams.
• Strong communication abilities and confident presence both on and off camera.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Dubai or UAE market is preferred.

Additional Information

• Work schedule involves six days per week.
• Position is based in Dubai at Estative Technologies Ltd, DIFC.
• Company provides a professional marketing team equipped with cameras and production equipment.
• Compensation ranges from AED 10,000 to 12,000 plus an additional performance bonus of up to AED 5,000.
