We seek a Content Creator to develop impactful, engaging content that highlights our brand, clients, and real estate trends, enhancing Bayut's presence on social media in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement brand-centered content strategies that boost public perception and recognition of Bayut on social channels.
• Produce high-quality videos and visuals emphasizing properties, lifestyle, and market developments within real estate.
• Customize content to fit various platforms while maintaining brand tone and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design departments to align content with overall campaign goals and business objectives.
• Keep abreast of real estate and digital marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and captivating.
• Analyze performance metrics of content, leveraging data-driven insights to refine future materials.
• Use innovative storytelling techniques to effectively showcase Bayut's offerings and engage target audiences.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Preferred certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO.
• At least two years of content creation experience, ideally in real estate or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to create quality written, visual, and video content.
• Experienced in managing content across social media, blogs, and websites.
• Strong grasp of social media trends and audience engagement preferences.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative storytelling.
• Adaptable and proactive in response to shifting industry trends.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
