Role Overview
As a Consultant Audit (m/w/d) located in Dresden, you will independently contribute to auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB, IFRS, or US GAAP. Our extensive portfolio allows you to work nationally and internationally for clients ranging from mid-sized companies to multinational corporate groups and public market entities (DAX 40, MDAX).
Responsibilities
- Develop a profound understanding of client processes and control mechanisms within a risk-oriented audit approach.
- Support stakeholders in the implementation of new accounting standards, audit sustainability reports, and devise innovative solutions for complex requirements.
- Apply modern and digital audit tools during audits of national and international corporations.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with teams across Tax & Legal, Consulting, and Corporate Finance departments for joint success.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics, (business) mathematics, (business) informatics or related fields with focus areas such as accounting, auditing, taxation, or controlling.
- Strong knowledge of national or international accounting standards.
- Initial practical experience through internships domestically or abroad, or preferably professional training.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills alongside a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
