Construction Safety Observer

Qualifications

• Solid experience in construction environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Completion of the OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification course.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask, stay adaptable, travel as needed, and operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety inspections on various construction sites.
• Assess comprehensiveness and effectiveness of contractor hazard evaluations, such as Job Hazard Analyses and Good Catch reports; promptly report any compliance issues or safety breaches to relevant individuals and stakeholders.
• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans aligning with Project Manual demands.
• Assist with client-driven safety initiatives when requested.
