Computational Drug Discovery Intern (Bioinformatics)

About the Opportunity

Micro CRISPR Pvt Ltd and Nuvo AI Pvt Ltd are inviting passionate individuals to join as interns in Computational Drug Discovery, based in Delhi and Vapi, Gujarat. This engaging internship spans 3 to 6 months and offers hands-on experience with innovative AI-driven drug discovery projects involving molecular modeling and multi-omics data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in computer-aided drug design (CADD) and molecular simulations.
• Develop and apply AI/ML models, both generative and predictive, for drug discovery applications.
• Conduct detailed protein–ligand interaction investigations.
• Analyze multi-omics datasets for comprehensive biological insights.
• Participate in de novo design of molecular and biologic compounds.
• Gain exposure to machine learning pipelines, DevOps, and platform development processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates holding a Master’s or PhD degree.
• Academic background in bioinformatics, computational biology, chemistry, or artificial intelligence.
• Strong enthusiasm for research and integrating technology into scientific pursuits.
• Preferred experience with molecular modeling and CADD tools.
• Familiarity with Python programming and foundational AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations is desirable.
• Interest in computer vision or medical diagnostics is advantageous.
• Additional exposure to frontend, backend, or DevOps development is a bonus.

Additional Information
