Role Overview
This opening at Farington Lodge Hotel invites candidates to commence a hands-on career as a chef. The role operates 24 hours weekly, spanning four days, and reports to the Head Chef in the kitchen department.

Training and Development
Participants will benefit from comprehensive, practical training delivered by the award-winning Chef Academy, led by committed expert trainers. The curriculum covers sustainable kitchen practices, efficient operations, and menu planning designed to develop and refine culinary skills. Support will be continuous, provided by a dedicated HIT Vocational Trainer through in-person and digital sessions, including tailored assistance in English and mathematics if required.
