Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. This role involves managing the entire sales process for a major product, preparing quotations, closing sales, and delivering ongoing post-sales support within a specialized technical market.

The position is based in our Sydney office with flexible remote working options, including flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and record commercial leads accurately within Salesforce.
  • Prepare formal commercial offers and clarify pricing in line with company policy.
  • Support the sales closure by engaging clients, addressing their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Handle contract drafting, subscription setups, and invoice administration.
  • Provide continuous customer support for licensing and subscription management.
  • Oversee renewals following established internal procedures.
  • Coordinate operations and logistics for trainings and events.
  • Respond promptly and resolve client queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the primary CRM, overseeing workflows, automation, and data integrity.
  • Ensure synchronization and data accuracy between Salesforce, Xero, and other commercial tools across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Analyze and map the complete product sales lifecycle to detect and remedy bottlenecks, advising management on process improvements.
  • Standardize and enhance quote-to-cash workflows including offer generation, invoicing precision, and proactive renewal and upgrade outreach.
  • Develop and keep up-to-date comprehensive documentation and onboarding resources for commercial teams.
