Co-Founder & CEO - AI E-commerce Operations System

The Opportunity

FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to build Omnex, an AI-first operating system for sellers who run ecommerce businesses across multiple channels. This is a founder partnership with significant equity and is not a compensated executive position.

Modern ecommerce operators often manage their business through disconnected tools and manual handoffs. Teams selling on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and similar platforms must constantly move between systems, compare inconsistent data, and make frequent decisions covering pricing, stock levels, advertising, order fulfillment, and customer support.

This market represents more than $1 trillion in annual GMV globally, and many sellers now operate across several channels without a single intelligence layer to coordinate their operations.

Market Context

Omnex is being designed as an autonomous, multi-agent AI workforce that replaces fragmented workflows. Rather than adding another dashboard, it is intended to understand the business in real time, reason across every sales channel, and take proactive action on operational decisions such as pricing optimization, inventory planning, ad management, demand forecasting, and customer support coordination. Each AI agent uses the same business context, learns from results, and collaborates to improve overall business performance.

What You Will Own

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will define the direction of the venture and carry execution across the business.

• Set strategy by sharpening the target customer profile, pricing approach, and product positioning
• Lead customer development, run pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert pilots into paid work, and build the go-to-market engine
• Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to launch V1 and improve it based on user feedback
• Drive the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction
• Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team while shaping the company’s culture

Co-Founder Profile

• Experience previously founding a venture-backed company
• Strong B2B SaaS go-to-market background, including selling and working closely with customers
• Comfort with fundraising, including shaping investor stories and closing capital
• Ability to attract, develop, and keep strong talent
• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities that come with co-founding a venture-backed company
• Hands-on experience in ecommerce, whether by running a multi-channel business, selling software into the space, or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale
• Connections within the ecommerce seller ecosystem, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners
