Clinical Operations Lead / Manager

Role overview

RegenMed Circles is hiring a full-time Clinical Operations Lead/Manager to support the Vice President of Clinical Operations. This is a fast-moving, execution-focused position for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping complex workstreams on track, and making sure clinical programs run smoothly.

The role sits at the center of clinical research initiatives, observational data workflows, and physician-owned care models. It combines strategic coordination, operational troubleshooting, and direct client and stakeholder management.

What you'll handle

• Keep clinical operations initiatives advancing on time by coordinating workflows, timelines, and logistical details.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly when processes fail or data entry activities stall.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, participating physicians, and clinical sites during onboarding, day-to-day support, and service recovery.
• Support the implementation and oversight of observational protocols, including real-world evidence data collection, while protecting data quality and compliance.
• Review current administrative and operational methods and introduce improvements that make the department more efficient.

• Exposure to real-world data models, IRB submissions, or orthopedics is a plus, though the role also expects strong learning agility.
• Solid skills with data management systems and project management tools.
