Clinical Consultant - Speech Pathologist

Main Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance and clinical consultancy to a multidisciplinary team, specializing in Speech Pathology.
• Mentor, supervise, and support Speech Pathologists across various clinics and community settings, facilitating professional and skill development.
• Ensure quality and compliance with services, helping clinicians incorporate the latest evidence-based approaches into their work.
• Support development of innovative programs and efficient delivery of clinical outcomes through collaborative projects with the Clinical Quality and Development team.
• Lead meetings, case discussions, and professional development initiatives, as well as communicate new research and regulatory updates in the NDIS and community sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current membership/registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in paediatric or NDIS-related roles.
• Possession of a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Eligibility to obtain or current possession of NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Additional Information

• Role is primarily based in Westminster, Midland, Maddington or Spearwood clinics, with travel between sites required.
