Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Client Services Account Manager to operate within a fast-paced environment at our Canton facility. This role requires previous experience within the printing or mail industry and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities to effectively manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow activities across multiple B2B accounts.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee timely job completions.
• Manage job ticket and order entry processes from initiation through completion.
• Communicate schedules for direct mail, fulfillment, data, and print production.
• Act as the primary contact point between sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through phone and email correspondence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years' experience in customer service within the direct mail or printing sectors.
• Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Proficient multitasker with ability to prioritize in a high-speed environment.
• Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in planning and managing multifaceted projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
