Position Overview

We are expanding our Dublin team and looking for a Client Delivery Manager. This position goes beyond conventional project management, requiring leadership in delivering impactful consulting, learning, and organizational transformation projects for top life sciences clients. The role demands proactive communication, coordination of people and deliverables, and ensuring clients perceive Clarity as attentive and anticipative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of consulting and capability building projects from initiation through rollout and follow-up.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Maintain alignment between Clarity and client stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and forthcoming steps.
• Oversee the review and approval process including legal and compliance considerations.
• Monitor client environment changes to assess impacts on project scope and timelines.
• Act as primary day-to-day liaison for clients, providing regular, clear, and early updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, action logs, and follow-up communications.
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain composure during changing or ambiguous situations.
• Ensure consultants are fully equipped for client meetings and workshops, coordinating necessary resources and schedules.
• Collaborate with facilitators, designers, and other partners to support project delivery.
• Manage content tailoring, document control, versioning, and approval workflows for consulting and learning materials.
• Understand financial aspects including project budgets, resource costs, and margins to optimize resource allocation.
• Identify recurring delivery challenges and develop improved processes and templates.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and project coordination.
• Promote a premium client experience that fosters confidence and engagement expansion.
• Identify client needs and communicate them to leadership and consulting teams for further growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

We seek professionals with strong backgrounds in client-focused project delivery and potential for leadership growth. Ideal candidates have experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables and possess excellent client communication skills. Experience in consulting, professional services, or life sciences sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience

Preferred candidates have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience coordinating or managing projects, engaging directly with clients or partners. Backgrounds in consulting, learning and development, healthcare, or life sciences are helpful but not required. Specific familiarity with pharmaceutical industry methodologies or AI technologies is not obligatory at the start.

Works Details and Compensation

• Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office collaboration)
• Salary Range: €55,000 to €65,000 annually based on experience and skills
• Additional Performance-based bonus potential
• Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to notice periods
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in Ireland and be within reasonable commuting distance
• Occasional travel may be required to support client engagements
