Position Summary

We are recruiting a meticulous and dedicated Cleaning Operative to become part of our Property team. This role encompasses both scheduled and urgent cleaning tasks within Turning Tides' residential facilities and Hub services, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards remain excellent.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and reactive cleaning in communal spaces.
Conduct VOID cleans to prepare vacant rooms for incoming residents.
Carry out touch point cleaning regularly.
Undertake intensive cleaning after major maintenance work or incidents.
Adjust cleaning duties to suit different service requirements.
Assist maintenance by reporting issues noticed during cleaning.
Take meter readings as required.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations along with organisational policies.

Candidate Profile

Basic understanding of Health and Safety protocols.
Proven experience in delivering quality cleaning services.
Strong skills in housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
Commitment to upholding high cleaning standards.
Basic computer skills.

Additional Information

Work location ranges across West Sussex sites with base in Worthing.
While a driving license is preferred, it is not mandatory; transport support can be arranged.
Full-time hours at 37.5 per week are available; part-time applications will be considered.
Salary for full-time employment is £24,784 annually.
